U4GM Why Treasure Breach and Bloodied Hordes Print Loot

Diablo 4 Season 12's smartest grind pairs Treasure Breach goblin NMDs for Obducite with Bloodied Infernal Hordes and Helltides to snowball Brutality rep into Greater Bloodied Caches fast.

I went into Diablo 4 Season 12 thinking I'd just "tidy up" a few upgrades, then get back to hunting. Nope. Masterworking eats Obducite like it's nothing, and the first four ranks alone can wipe you out if you're not careful. You'll also see people bragging about Greater Affix hits from Bloodied Caches, but if you're not in the right loop it feels like you're buying lottery tickets. If you're still in that awkward gearing phase, I've even seen folks use the Diablo 4 item store to plug the gaps while they sort out their farming route.

Treasure Breach is the Obducite button

Here's the thing most players mess up: they junk Treasure Breach Nightmare Dungeon sigils because the layout isn't "optimal." This season, that's backwards. Treasure Breach turns the place into a goblin parade, and in Torment 4 those little thieves can drop roughly 600 to 1,500 Obducite each. It stacks up fast. I've had runs where I'm out in under seven minutes with a bag that looks like 30k+ mats. The best part is how simple the setup is: stop wasting Sigil Powder early, push to T4, then craft sigils in bulk until that Treasure Breach affix shows up. Run it, loot hard, move on.

Bloodied Infernal Hordes for XP and reputation

Once you've got mats flowing, Bloodied Infernal Hordes are where your levels and seasonal rep actually move. You need Bloodied Compasses, and Helltide is still the easiest place to feed the supply—hit the rotating fire tower events, open mystery chests, do the quick stuff. The Relentless Butcher is the big checkpoint. In T4 he's got so much health you can burn a whole run just chewing on him, so a lot of the time Torment 3 is the smarter play. Faster wave clears, easier Brutality streaks, and you unlock those Greater Bloodied Caches without feeling like your build's being judged.

Keeping the loop going without burning out

The rhythm that's worked for me is pretty clean: farm Obducite in Treasure Breach dungeons, then spend it while you're still motivated, then swap to Hordes for Paragon and cache rolls. Don't try to do everything in one activity, it just turns into a slog. Also, if RNG keeps kicking you in the teeth, there's no shame in taking a small shortcut—services like U4GM can help with currency or items so you can skip the cold-start pain and get back to the parts that are actually fun.
